Maddie Is Officially a Brownie Girl Scout
Madison had her Investiture Ceremony last week to officially induct her into the cult called Girl Scouts. We think it will be good for her, and it's a cheap extra curricular activity that doesn't take up too much family time. The cookie sales are the worst part - and also that part of their weekly pledge "to serve God and Our Country". Makes me cringe just a little bit...

That is a time trip.. I was a brownie... funny to think of a canadian mom at a brownie function.. but like it or not Maddie is a US citizen =)
my poor girls will never get to experience the whole cookie sale extravaganza.. kind of makes me sad.
