Kitchen Remodel - Day 19

Today I did the final coat of green on the play room. It's way too "apple" and way too dark, but I'll be damned if I'm going to go try and pick out the right colour for the third time, and paint that stupid room for the third time.



I also primed the kitchen walls that will house cabinetry. Probably needs one more coat.



Then, I primed the rest of the kitchen/eating area in a tinted gold colour. Again, too bold and too dark but I can't bear to pay more money for more wasted paint. It's not bad, kind of mustardy. Just bolder than I imagined it in my head.



Kevin started to assemble the IKEA cabinetry and realized that he miscalculated on the top cabinets so now we have some reconfiguing to do and I guess a trip back to that nice yet evil store.



Tomorrow, I have no idea...
